The story of The Audubon is really the story of New Haven: a story rich with history, set against a backdrop of vibrant city streets, culture, and an international academic and research hub. This city is alive—brimming with incredible excitement—and we see an opportunity to give the people of New Haven something they deserve: a place as urban, connected, and authentic as the city herself.

We are all here to live and tell this story. For us, that means creating a place that is both part of the city and apart from the city. We know that the constant verve of urban living is both energizing and exhausting. We want our residents to feel as though The Audubon offers a place to indulge in the energy, but also retreat and rejuvenate.

Our story is also one of community and giving back. As New Haven expands, grows, changes, it is our privilege to help shape and shepherd the next chapter. We hope our residents will embrace this opportunity as well.
