New Haven Connecticut’s Finest: Shell and Bones is a Seafood Experience you Won’t Soon Forget

Blog Image Blog Image

Shell and Bones Restaurant is an oyster bar and seafood-inspired restaurant led by the famous Chef Arturo Franco in the heart of New Haven, Connecticut, that is committed to serving the community with fresh seafood, and house-made ingredients that will “wow” you every time. Acknowledged by the James Beard Foundation, this premium dining experience is truly one of a kind.

The playful, yet the nautical interior of the restaurant is a delightful way to dine while indulging in some of the best seafood and raw oysters you’ll ever taste. Start your meal off with a delicious appetizer like the clams casino, baked ricotta, or the panko-crusted swordfish Bao. You’re also going to want to check out that famous oyster bar too. The oyster menu changes daily but can be found ahead of time online at https://www.shellandbones.com/new-index if you want to plan your visit accordingly.

After the oyster bar, you’ll definitely want to try one of the chef’s selections, with menu options to include Icelandic Black Nordic Cod, cauliflower steak, Pan-roasted half chicken, and the popular lobster salad.

Finally, finish your delicious, nautical meal off with a tasty cocktail. The classic mojito is always a hit, or try a specialty cocktail like the Brian Wilson which is a blend of Haku, cucumber, Natalie’s grapefruit, and topped with bubbles.

Check it out and see what you’ve been missing at Shell and Bones Restaurant and Oyster bar for an exquisite dining experience.
